Steve Maxwell
Steve Maxwell has
been volunteering as an engineer for the robotics team for
12 years. He previously coached the Greenville High
School Technical Team for Odyssey of the Mind, now called
Destination Imagination.
Steve has an
Electrical Engineering Degree from the University of New
Mexico (Albuquerque) and has worked for the Greenville
Division of L-3 for 30 years. He has experience as a
Black Box Design Engineer, a Field Service Representative at
RAF Mildenhall (UK), a Systems Engineer, and his current
position is Project Engineer for RC-135 Programs.
Steve helped coach
two sons (David and Jeremy, who are both Texas A&M
graduates) on different Odyssey of the Mind teams.
David is now an Electrical Engineer and Jeremy is a
professional Geologist. Steve also helped coach
daughter Brittany and son Jason on the robotics team.
Brittany graduated from Principia College in Illinois and is
now a professional Dancer and Instructor. Jason is now
a sophomore at Texas A&M University.
