Monty Wineinger
Monty Wineinger
has been a mentor for the robotics team since 1998. He
was recruited by Ricky Torrance after Tony Norman and Bob
Mimlitch left the team to form Innovation First.
Monty has been at
L-3 for over 35 years. He was hired in the company as
a flight maintenance technician and worked in field service
in Alaska and the U.K. before transferring to the Technical
Publications department as a Technical Writer here he has
spent most of his career. Presently Monty is a manager
for TRS Publications.
In the off season,
Monty likes going to the mountains in Colorado. He
enjoys hiking, cycling, trekking, and trout fishing.
