Monty Wineinger

Monty Wineinger has been a mentor for the robotics team since 1998.  He was recruited by Ricky Torrance after Tony Norman and Bob Mimlitch left the team to form Innovation First.

In April 2006, Monty will have been with L-3 for 34 years.  He was hired in the company as a flight maintenance technician and worked in field service in Alaska and the U.K. before transferring to the Technical Publications department as a Technical Writer where he has spent most of his career.  Presently Monty is a manager for TRS Publications.

In the off season, Monty likes going to the mountains in Colorado.  He enjoys hiking, cycling, trekking, and trout fishing.
