Matt Sikes was on the high school robotics team for 4 years and is currently a mechanical engineering student at the University of Texas at Arlington.

He co-piloted the 2002 and 2003 team robots and has won the state-level Skills USA-VICA Precision Machining Technology competition.

In his spare time, he enjoys working on his 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback.
