Beth
McClellen is a senior at Greenville High School and
is on her fourth year with the robotics team.
She joined the team to prove to her dad and older
brother, who was also on the team, that she could
learn to use tools well.
Beth has
been involved with the Latin Club at school for four
years and was Vice President her junior year.
She has also been a member of the Foreign Language
Association for four years, the Foreign Language
Honor Society for three years, and the National
Honor Society for two years.
Beth was
on the tennis team for three years and earned the
distinction of 2nd Team All District. She also
earned the titles of All Region Band her freshman
year and State Solo and Ensemble her sophomore year
in the band. She has been the recipient of the
Superintendent Scholar and Principal Scholar awards
on numerous occasions.
Beth is
active in the youth group at Wesley United Methodist
Church. She enjoys playing piano and guitar,
riding and wrecking motorcycles, and going to
Starbucks with Lizzy. Her favorite food comes from the
combined Taco Bell and Pizza Hut restaurants.
Beth
plans to study engineering at the University of
Texas at Arlington.
